I was getting ready to leave for work and I started my SHO. After it turned over I heard a terrible churning sound and felt it in the clutch pedal. I turned it off and let it rest a bit. I turned it on again, same problem. My dad tried it later in the day and said he felt the vibration in the shifter as well. Broken clutch? If so, how much for repairs?

Has the car been hard to shift lately? Has the clutch pedal been vibrating and/or making noise when depressed?

From your description it sounds like a Bad TOB or broken Pressure plate fingers.

This is weird. It seems to be intermittent now. I tried the car the day after and it worked fine. Hours later, it happened again. This morning I tried, more trouble. Tried later and I was able to drive it a bit. My car is posessed.

Feel like it's takinga bit more effort than normal to punch, but there's nothing else to it when it's running.

Well, I ended up taking the car to my mechanic. My dad was told it was the clutch but I'll find out exactly what was wrong when I pick it up tomorrow. $700 bill ;.;
