Hey all.

I need to find a good cleaner for my chrome Momos. I have alot of road grime and 'stuff' building up and I don't know what to use. I've tried a few products, but nothing much has worked.

Can anyone recommend some cleaners, and where to get them?

Thanks!

Later!

Mother's. excellent stuff, use it all the time on million dollar cars. comes in a little white tub, you can get it at Walmart and probably autoparts stores too.

I use the house brand spray mild acid based cleaners and a small plastic bristled had brush on my chrome rims. Then spray down tire and wheel with tire foam. Then wipe everything down.

On my car and the 98 with the chromies I use this great stuff at work, you spray it on, wait about 5-10 seconds and spray it off. No scrubbing required, works WONDERS! I'll try to look at the name of it tommorow, although I bet you can't buy it in stores

I've never had to polish my GEN III wheels. Soap and water have always kept them sparkling clean (one of the benefits of having real chrome wheels). You can see yourself in them when they're clean. Although, polishing them wouldn't be a bad idea. I wouldn't mind blinding people as the sun shines off of them when I drive by. :D
