I have seen em, they look good, different but still stockish looking, and flashy :D

Chrome Slicers where on a lot of the Boundurant SHO's I don't know if it was Boundurant or Roush that chromed the rims. If you can find pictures of Boundurant SHO's or "BigCanney"'s SHO here on the forum to see some on a SHO.

Here's a couple of pics of mine. They were chromed when I got them, so I don't know if they are stock or done sometime later.

Are the caps in the middle of the rim steel? Mine are plastic right now...where could you get a replacement?

Sorry, it was an eBay special. I'll check in the morning to see if there's a tag on it.

The slicers have the plastic center caps, but attached to them is a thick chrome disc. I'll look for a closer pic. . .

The set I have were bought at a wheel/tire store in the ghetto in Detroit. I think they were "pawned" there. ;) Anyway, some of the chrome is flaking off, hence why they are stacked in my bedroom, just to look purty.

chromed slicers

There is a shop here that polishes aluminum and I saw some slicers he polished, then clear coated with Imron clear - beautiful! I thought they looked better than chrome, had that great aluminum look rather than the chromed steel look. He said the Imron would last the life of the wheels without chipping or yellowing. Some clears tend to chip and to yellow. The Imron was not cheap, about $150.00 for spraying it after polishing.

You can get your slicers powder coated for about $250 at keystonepowdercoating.com. Powder coating looks awesome and it's very durable.
