So I got my goodies from LMS and slowly started putting things on. I have the CAI installed and loaded the 93 V11 Performance tune. Drivability feel was immediately noticed. Throttle response is great, the second I hit the pedal I move. Shifting is not very harsh at all, to me at least. Feels nice and solid. I plan on doing the plugs and Tstat this weekend hopefully.

So naturally I had to check things out and was really surprised when I floored it from a standstill that I squealed the tires :burnout:

Ran a quick comparison on my Aeroforce gauges just for curiosities sake. I thought these additions would have netted me 12's but it was only one time and probably need to learn her a little more.

First pic is stock and second is CAI. 3 Bar and Tune.
Stock CAI and 3 bar and tune

Tried again today, this time in Sport Mode (forgot that yesterday) with brake boost launch @ 2K. Better results. Hopefully I'll get her to a track at some point.

It all depends on current climate/conditions.

I haven't 'played' with my v11 tune as of yet, but I was netting repetitive 12.6xx and less with the v10.

Following on that, it's the v10. 93oct, CAI, Catted Downpipes, 3bar MAP, plugs.

Your issue is clearly climate, condition, altitude, track prep, etc

Thanks Gimpy. I fully agree that that the climate and the road are holding me back quite a bit right now.

It has only been in the 40's so far around here. Downpipes are my next adventure, but vacation first. The back road I pull on isn't bad, but it's not as good as a track. However there is a new straight freshly built road I may run on when the weather gets a little better.

With normal driving, how often is meth reservoir filled in comparison with gas tank fill-ups? Thank you

Hmm, so I can do Meth before downpipes ... really good to know. I assume I'll need a tune update along with that?
If u do livernois u would have to check with them. Every other tuner will tune without the downpipes. U will absolutely need a tune to take advantage of the meth.

What about reservoir? What are options outside of washer fluid and what size/capacity? Thank you
I use the windshield washer reservoir. I use snows boost juice which is about a 50/50 mix but there a variety of ways to get ur meth depending on how creative/cheap u want to be. I just found for mounting purposes it was easier to put a bung in the washer fluid and mount the pump in front of it. Plus it holds a shit load of fluid.

So did you add reservoir for washer fluid?

Hasn’t bothered mine at all

That's some purty pricey windshield washer fluid ya got thur.

Ouch though, I'd seriously second guess cleaning my windshield at that point. I'd end up being 'that guy' who pulls up to a gas pump only to use the windshield squeegee.
