hey all, new guy here...got a little nagging problem with a 95 ATX...this used to be my car, but my mom is now driving it...

after getting on it (above 4k) then returning to a more normal steady throttle, the check engine lite will come on, stay on for a bit, then go out...sometimes it will come back on again but eventually it goes out and stays out...any ideas of what could be tripping a code in this situation? i suspect either O2 sensors or maybe the air charge temp sensor...i dont really have a way to scan for codes without paying for it so some insight before hand would be cool...thanks!!

Got a paper clip or short piece of wire? Then you've got all the high-tech diagnostic equipment you need to read your own codes! :)

Just click on one or more of the three links in my signature for instructions on how to read your own codes, for free!

Let us know what you find!
