check engine light

My check engine light does not work. So I took the dash apart to find that the light balb is broke does any one know how to change out the light? do I need to take the whole instrament panel out or can I do it from the front? Also what is the best way to remove the panel I tried to pull it out but I don't think the wires are long enough. Thanks in advance.

if its just the bulb you can take out the instrument cluster
the bulbs twist and come out the back
