Check engine light

Any guesses on what could be issue? I know with it running lean it could be a lot of issues but wondering if anyone else has experience this combo of codes and found a simple fix?

It's possible you are getting in metered air in the system.

Check the easy stuff first. Oil change lately? If so, check to be sure the oil dip stick is properly seated and the oil filler cap is properly seated. Check for vacuum leaks.

On way in to work today was watching afr on scanner and looked down and saw the minimum value was reporting zero. Scanner wasn't plugged in until after the car was running. Would that be a faulty upstream o2 sensor?
