Check engine light and bogging problem... help please

My SHOs check engine light comes on and then at about 20-30 the car starts bogging back and forth. Does anybody know what this possibly could be? I need to get it fixed a.s.a.p. seeing that I don't think it is healthy to bog like that. I was thinking maybe egr valve, bad mass air flow sensor, oxygen sensors, or possibly anything else. I just need to know what would cause this bogging problem. If you guys could help me out it would be highly appreciated.

If it an ATX - try the DPFE sensor, at least that is what the codes on my CEL are telling me with a similar bogging problem....my gas mileage is also slipping big time...

Why not get the codes and find out what the car is trying to tell you? Instructions in my sig to do it yourself for free.
