I'm at the point where I am starting to hate my car (the 97) it feels lose and isn't half as tight as my mom's 98.

I don't have a five hundred dollars to drop on SARC struts alone, then I would need springs, strut mounts, etc. It also get a knock from the rear and heard something funny front the front recently too!

Maybe something is just loose, IDK, anyone wanna look it over for me? :D

I am also gonna need new tires as the ones on there, while they have full tread, they are mismatched (matching front and rears) but they are slighty feathered which causes the wheel to shake.

Can I use stock SLO stuff or will it be even worse. Can I use Eibach/Tokiyo setup and just bypass the SARC?

HELP! :frown: I can't win, I get rid of my Gen II which I loved to get a nice daily driver and it looks like I'm gonna be stuck with a huge repair bill! :madflame:

Jason,

I love to read your threads because, although you are younger than I am... We have both had alot of SHO's and our share of issues... But back on track. I would recommend that if you are going to have this car as a driver, then keep it stock. I would go back with a SARC strut. I would think that if you search long enough of Ebay or the classifieds eventually you will find what you are looking for. However, I am sure that you are like me, and want to do it NOW...

In either case good luck. Or just trade you 97 for my 93. :D

I would love to do SARC again, I think the 98 is a great compromise between ride quality and handling. I don't even think I would mind as much if I didn't have a low mileage SHO to compare it to! :bonk:

The reason I mentioned stuff other than stock was it will probably be cheaper than the stock stuff! :bonk:

Sent you a PM! :thumb:

No, it is just usually by the time you get the chance to officially unveil your new SHO in the open forums is about the time something is happening to make you get aggravated ( or in your words "I'm starting to hate my car" ). Once that happens it is a simple count down to the next unveiling.........it's all in love brotha...but it is rather humerous to watch :D .
