How hard it it to change the VSS? It doesn't look too tough, but I have been fooled before. Thanks

Well, I have not personally done it - I replaced it when I had the tranny out. However, I know that it is anything but simple.

Are we talking about an MTX or ATX? If its an MTX its like a 10 minute job. The ATX on the other hand can be quite tough.

Yeah, just disconnect the speedo cable unplug the sensor and use a 22mm or 7/8" wrench to turn the nut off.
