Chance of bolt spinning?

My 89 does not have the sub frame recall done I'm worried about the back bolts just spinning. This has happened to me before so I assume it will probably happen again. What are the chances of the bolts spinning and not coming out? If they probably won't spin I'll go ahead and start taking them out but if they do I'll be kind of screwed. Ford dealership said they won't do it until I get it up and running (The clutch is bad).

So if they do spin I will have to do the recall my self or convince them to do it.

So my question is how likely are the back sub frame bolts to spin?

I'd say there's a very good chance they'd spin, but you never know till you try. Some people have luck lowering the front of the sub first putting weight on the rears to reduce spinning. If they still won't open just go ahead and cut the access holes from inside. Then you can lock 'em in place and remove.
