Got the following codes on a '92 X2J 49'stater. All stock.

172, (HEGO sensor indicates system lean (RH).) I then replaced both O2s.

219, (SPOUT signal defaulted to 10 degrees BTDC / SPOUT circuit open.) Curious as there are two spout looking connectors, is it the one by the DIS or in the rear by the cam senor?

528, (Clutch Position Switch Circuit Failure.) Would this be the clutch safety switch?

542, (Fuel pump secondary circuit failure.) Well that can't be good, any advice? Car runs fine.

TIA guys.

If you replaced both O2s and are still getting a system lean code, you have a vacuum leak. Probably on the front side of the engine somewhere.

The SPOUT jumper you're looking for is the one by the EEC connector/cam sensor. The one by the coil pack (there isn't one by the DIS) retards timing by 3 degrees. It should be gray. If you don't have the jumper or whatever you can just short the two wires together.

528 sounds like the clutch safety switch, yes. Did you engage the clutch during the KOER test? I don't know if you have to; I only have ATXs.

542 means you stalled the car. Don't worry about it. Unless you've never stalled the car.

The RH side of the engine is the rear bank, so the vacuum leak will likely be on the rear bank.
