Not to step on any ones toes
LOL I once had a 72 Camaro run up my leg so you stepping on my toes is nothing. Hah
As NASCAR crew chiefs have repeatedly proved every thing matters, so I have no doubt 1/2 difference in exhaust tubing an free flowing muffler would make more power, BUT how much. As I stated before I did a lot of reading and what I came up with is the DP's is where you gain the most power. Most people see very little difference with the exhaust system.
LOL So you saw it on U-Tube LOL It must be true, My question would be context, what tune was he running, what kind of DP's, what was the barometric pressure etc. Bottom line I may do an exhaust at some point but I don't expect much and I have other things I want first (new brakes).

$800 for the magnaflow system is an awesome price! If I could have gotten it for that price I would have bought it instead of the OBX all day! I plan on putting cut outs in for the track. I don't mind cutting up the $700 obx. I definitely wouldn't do it with one of the more expensive systems? Do you know what the id of the magnaflow system? I know it says it's 2 1/2" but I wonder if that's id or od. The obx is 2 3/8" id and 2 1/2" od. That's why I want to put the cut outs in right after the dp's end.
So with vehicle pass missions with these on? If not how difficult to switch for annual inspection ?

It should pass, it's nothing more than going from a 2" exhaust to 2.5" and the mufflers are pretty much straight through so they're louder / "drone-ier" as in my case!

Anyone have a diagram of our exhaust systems - all the way from the motor to the tips?

Is there something in particular you are looking for? I don't have a diagram, but I have my entire stock exhaust (although chopped up) in my garage. I could lay it out and take a picture of it.

I have a guy on a SHO facebook page said he kept his entire Magnaflow system "as-is" but added a couple bullet-style resonators. My shop said there's no room at all to do this. Well........ I finally found out he put the resonators in place of the 3rd cat.

I don't want to do that. No need for you to lay out your exhaust and take pics now - but thank you so much for offering!
