Thanks Chris!Chris Benvie said:M3 rims on a SHO? Kevin, they look good, I didn't know they fit. Did you take the BMW emblems off I hope?
They don't usually fit, the bolt pattern is WAY off from ours. The guy I bought them from had an S80 Volvo, and called the company who makes them (Detata) and had them drilled for this pattern the first time, so they arent even redrilled. I heard a lot of people saying they wouldnt fit, and would stick way out (30mm offset supposedly), but they fit great, I just had to take a little of the rear fender lip out. I think they look GREAT, and I'm willing to bet no one else has em on a SHO.. And the center caps are chrome and say Detata, so no BIMMER emblem here! I'm just glad I didnt pay the $375 per rim that the first guy did!
Bob, has that shop of yours made any front strut tower braces lately? I am still waiting for the one I ordered from you, and paid for, 11 months ago.Bob Gervais said:I was actually thinking of having something down at the shop in late sept/early october.
