ok so here's the problem. sometimes when i let out the clutch to start to brake the rpms will go down until the car just dies. other times when i let out the clutch they go down really low like 500 then it catches it and they kinda bounce around 1000-1500 for a bit, then it's ok. and sometimes its just normal. i do have a fidanza flywheel. would that have anything to do with it? what might cause this and how can i fix it? help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an aftermarket MAF? That exactly descibed my problem! I have a 75mm PRO-M, i'm sending it back. squint I would suggest pulling the codes first and if that is inconsequential then clean the MAF filaments with electronic parts cleaner. (or brake cleaner if you are balsy)

EDIT**** does it happen more at certain outside air temps? Mine gets worse as the temperature drops.

yeah its definately getting worse as the temperature is dropping...it like never happened in the summer then slow became more frequent as winter approaches, and no i don't have an aftermarket MAF. but if i were to replace the stock one with a 80 would that fix it?

i think the 75 Pro-M sends the wrong voltage maybe thats the cause of your problems MOSHO92? i ain't sure i just remember the 73 doesn't need a chip i ain't sure about the 75. but i don't think a 80 will fix ur problem unless you have a Ted B LPM because the voltage is off and your car will run rich but if you got an LPM go for it. check your CPS maybe you had some leaks before and that got wet somehow.
