can't check the codes

is there any other ways to check your codes? cause i can't find the gray little switch that you use to connect with the black switch

Under the hood.....right beside the passenger's side hood strut....no switches...two plugs....should have something stuck in em to keep debris out.....if they're not there, that's a bad thing.

Hopefully, they didn't fall down on the exhaust manifold and melt....

Look down between the cam sensor and the firewall, that's where they usually end up at.

the gray switch is in same holder as black switch. the black switch looks like 1 big switch however the gray switch can pull out of holder. I had same problem. I'm looking all over for the gray switch until I realized I was holding it in my hand the whole time.
