Drag strips are a lot like dynos - times between different strips aren't really comparable. ****, it's pretty well known that ATCO times are usually .3-.5 seconds faster than other strips.

Other things like altitude, temperature, humidity, and even track prep play into ETs. If you are really looking for absolute minimum ETs, make a road trip to ATCO (it's in New Jersey) in September or October. Or just wait a month or two for temperatures to cool down.
A trip to Jersey from California just for a half second off my ET doesn't sound all that appropriate. Guess I've got to settle for what I got.

The easiest way to figure out the weather factor is density altitude. There are online calculators for that. Looking at your info, the barometric pressure was under 30, therefore not optimal. The main reason you ran the times you did with all the mods is the tuning though. Unfortunately you are stuck with 91 octane gas in your area, so you are stuck with the 91 octane tune. There is quite a large difference in tuning for 93 vs. 91. I would bet you would be pushing at least 30whp or more with the 93 gas and tuning.

Like others said, you are just in a slower area due to high heat, slower track. At least you're at sea level there. Adding altitude, barometric pressure and temp will give you density altitude. If you're DA is around 0 feet, you will be moving. That's how tracks like ATCO are so fast, conditions added together to make everyone look good. :)
