Can you or how to change filter on MDesign intake

This might be a dumb question but try not to laugh until after I get an answer I have a 2011 SHO with the MDesign intake and just would like to know if it's possible to change the filter or if I am just shit out of luck and have to buy an whole new intake just for a filter? I guess I did not think this through very well. LOL Thank you everyone in advance.
