Can anybody verify if this wheel adapter will work for me?

Here's the linkhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8057725571&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3AEOIBSAA%3AUS%3A11... the seller said the following, "I don't know if these will work on your Taurus. They are hubcentric/wheel centric which means your rims would have to have a 65.1 mm hole in the center to fit over the raised hub ring in the center of the spacer. Not sure if Fords are hubcentric/wheel centric or not."

I am running Forged Centerline RPMs and they are TUCKED way too far towards the strut. I used gen 2 rear quarters and can move outward at least the inch. Please let me know, but for the $100 I couldn't have had a one off set machined, plus if they won't work the backup bidder was whining that he wants them. Please let me know asap! :salute:

that's kinda high for just a pair but i "think" they will work because i believe the taurus is hubcentric, wheelcentric setups are usually asian fwd's. i know that the gen1/2 taurus and the squarer (non-new/recent) volvos shared wheel dimensions and mounting that are almost exactly the same. my local tire shop used spacers that looked similar to those when i got some skinnies put in the rear once (bad idea but worked for the purpose i wanted for awhile). please don't take my word alone for it tho, not really sure.

Adam,
Let me know how those work out. I need to get my rear wheels away from my struts as well with my planned new tires. For what it is worth, my SSR wheels have hub centric rings with them.
Later,

They will work. I have a prototype spacer/adapter on my 94 to adapt 5.114 (5x4.5). The fronts will probably stick out alittle past the fenders and the rears should be almost flush with the fenders if you were to use a set on the rear as well.

Awesome, thanks much! I kind of take what you say as gold :thumb:
