Hey guys

I am looking at this car:
Blue 1992 Ford Taurus SHO, owned by non-smokers
Standard transmission
Runs well, 120,140 miles
A/C, power windows and door locks
Leather interior - good overall condition
AM/FM stereo & cassette
New tires
Has a few minor scratches, no major defects
I called the guy and he says there is a small exhaust leak in the muffler. I haven't gone to see the car yet. Asking 1400 btw.

Anything specific I should be on the lookout for? I used to own a 91 SHO, but it died :(

Another vehicle other than the SHO ;)

If it is clean, runs well, everything works, etc.... $1,400 is not a bad asking price for the mileage.

Blue is a sought after color (at least by me). If it has even one airbag it's a bargain at $1400 and if not it is still a good deal IMO. Ask any used-car dealer, not having been smoked in is an important plus; also the front-seat leather on a 92 is often cracked either on the bolster or the bottom seat. Are there any records? You can check to see if the subframe recall has been done. I own 2 1992s, one green with 140K and one white with 226K
