Is it possible to swap radio buttons? My 1992 radio volume button looks like **** and I have an extra radio that has good volume button. I was wondering, can I just switch the two without switching the entire radio?

Is it difficult? Do I need any special tools? Thanks in advance.

You need some small screwdrivers and thats about it. I can't remember the exact procedure but it's kinda obvious what to do. You will need to snap off the little melted down tabs that hold the big clear plastic light pipe in place (you will know it when you see it) but it will be fine after you put everything beck together. Take a pic of the front incase you drop it and all the buttons fall out (been there, done that) and pay attention to how the spring for the tape door is installed (thats the hardest part of the whole thing).
