Well the other day (in this blistering rediculous heat in Middle Tn) I pushed the button to my moonroof and nothin happened. This is after using it literally everyday (my ac isn't working) for the past 3-4 months I've owned the car. (it's a 95 mtx) anyway, I've got the moon roof stuck open, this plate carriage thing that holds the two lights, and said button, off, now I'm trying to figure out what to do next! The button doesn't click as it used to, but I'm afraid that's not the issue, since while still plugged in, I jiggled it, cohersed it, caressed it (lol) and to no avail.

Or does anyone know of a way to bypass this, just to get the roof shut?

Thanks.

My moonroof button fell apart in my hand a while back. I was able to jumper the motors power wires to get it closed again. Then I found a contour window switch to replace the broken moonroof one.
