Well... the SHO is under the knife... swapping out some Moog strut rod bushings, and peeling the rubber out of the LCA's in the front... as they didn't last much longer than a few 100 miles with the other poly in place.

I forgot how much fun new bushings were! What a pita... I think I'm going to put the subframe on the ground should make it a little easier to work with..

See look at all that clearance with 1 cut coil... lol

You can see the front bushings were getting chewed up by something.. not sure what this is from....

Gotta have heat! My best friend is red with a 165,000 BTU sticker on him..

I usually try to work with ~16 inches of clearance. I replaced all those bushings on my '95 while I had the subframe out for a clutch job. I think I went a little overkill on the jack stands. But the frame came out pretty nice. (bumper was being replaced also)

Yes they were. But even if they weren't, my parking brakes actually work unlike the rest of the people on here. :sun: (referring to those multiple threads about peoples parked SHOs rolling into things.)

Well... its as low to the ground like it is to start off with anyway, so I can set my breaker bar against the ground, and have an extra hand. Plus when I muscle that MTX back up in there I like it when its not much past a bench press.. makes it a little easier to get in there... But yea my buddy was laughing saying I can't gain 5 pounds or I wouldn't fit under there... He always jacks things up to the moon before he works on em.. :)

Bushings are all good to go now, car got raised a few more inches.. ;) and there is a transmission on the floor... I forgot to grab a bushing for the bottom of the shifter fork... going to try to find one of those tommorow at Lowes maybe... maybe just somethings I can fab up... I got the digital calipers out and took a few measurements so we'll see what I can come up with..
