It appears that at some point, some worthless piece of @#$* hit or bumped the '94 and didn't have the decency to inform us instead of running away like a piece of filthy trash. Now the bumper cover is loose on one side, and I cannot figure out how to reattach it.

I can see the large piece on the body that you slide the cover over, but I am gathering that it popped out upon the impact (couldn't have been that bad, but its fairly obvious that the thing is loose, and there IS damage). The plastic piece on the bumper cover still looks alright, thankfully. Do I need to slide the entire cover backwards (off) on the one side so I can slide the cover over the place where it attaches to the body? How does one do this.. ? I would really like to get this fixed ASAP.... Thanks in advance.

If its the rear, then yes, remove it completely from the body and inspect for any damage, then try to slide it back on.
