What can I do for a cheap fix for like a OEM spring and strut? I eventually want to put koni's adjustable's on there and lowering springs but just need to car to drive straight for a month or so till I get on my feet again.

A new one from Ford would be expensive for your purposes. I would consider finding someone who is parting out a car and purchase what you need. Aftermarket springs would probably not be appropriate if you were to just replace one.

I have a set of factory rear springs with 100k on them from my '89.

A bit saggy, but they would fit your '90.

They are yours for free, provided that you pay shipping.

PM me if interested.
