Took the bolt off the ignition switch and the plastic stripped straight out of the harness connector. Anyone have the connector or that part of the harness? I figured it can rein it, but I don't want to replace the whole thing if I can help it.

Do you have a pic of what you are referring to? I've currently got my column shroud off from doing a blend door actuator. There is a little gray plastic piece that is really brittle. I'm wondering if I need to go to a JY and get a replacement.Just re-wired it. The replacement worked like a charm. Only hangup was getting the plastic locking plate to seat fully over the small wires. Good to know that the reason for that plate is that it keeps the locking tabs engaged with the wires so they can't disconnect on their own.
I've already had to replace the switch itself, but this time the harness failed:Do you have a pic of what you are referring to?
