Have read most of the threads regarding the bias valve..last week I had my rear struts replaced with sensatracs..ride seems fine, but after playing with the park brake cable...was not releasing fully...noticed the the bias valve rod that is supposed to be connected to the suspension..ISN'T..there is a bracket there, but the rod is just resting in the hole..question is...am I getting more flow to the rear brakes or less..?? Have noticed the ABS is kicking in more often than in the past..have been looking for a picture of the OEM set up but haven't found one...your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.....

If the rod is extended away from the bias block you are getting less flow. If the rod is pushed up into the valve it is more flow.

There is a spring, spring-cup, and small lock-nut that hold the proportioner valve rod in place. Additionally, there is a length-adjustment to get the proportioner valve to operate correctly.

Well...looks like I'm missing a few parts..all good from the valve down to the frame cup...missing the parts on the end of the rod where it goes through the frame bracket..i don't recall if all was there prior to getting the rear struts replaced..??

If your abs is working, I'd just strap the valve open with a hose clamp.
Like I did, because my valve is acting wierd, and allow flow only when fully pressed, so my brakes dosent get stuck.
