hi all, I just greased the caliper pins on the 95 sho. the brakes were squealing very loud, the rear passenger side rotor is warped. in the 30k miles and 4 years or so I have been around this car it would seem it is time to change the brake fluid. first I guess I need to pump the old stuff out, should I do it all at once in separate jars with hoses on each bleeder valve or what?
surprisingly in the 30k miles the brake pads have about 7/8 of the meat on there(rough estimate).
I will probably need to buy a bunch of brake fluid I am guessing the pads are hazed over and the hydraulic brake oil in there has boiled on multiple occasions.:thankyou:

Use a turkey baster or something similar to suck the old fluid out of the master cylinder then refill it with new fluid. Start at the farthest wheel and bleed the fluid till you see new fluid coming out. Then move to the next farthest wheel. Make sure to keep the master cylinder topped off with fresh fluid while doing this. If you let it get too low you will have to bleed all over again from the begining. When you have fresh fliud coming at all four wheels you are done.

I went through about two quarts to completely bleed the system after installing a new master cylinder and all new brake lines.

Used to use the dollar store turkey basters for this, but they drip and drab alot. Started using the business end of a spray bottle to spray it into the bottom part for this type of stuff. Something I picked up from a few people posting on here over the years.

If you plan of bleeding your brakes very frequently, you should look into a Motive Pressure Bleeder. I borrowed one from a friend and it worked great.....takes longer to set it up than id does to bleed the whole system.....and its pretty easy to set up.
