Hey that is avery cool. What about including information for us to plug in like piston diamters for say Baer or Cobra calipers so we have information to put in and not estimate everything.

You'll still have to do the homework on sizes. There are far too many options of calipers and rotor diameter to pick from. I'd prefer to keep it more of a tool than a reference. Don't need others calling and complaining I said this or that about their product.

Okay cool.

Would you recommend putting in the rear bias plugs? I have cobras with 13s i nthe front and 11.6 rotors in the rear.

Search my friend. We've covered this for nearly 5 years or more. Opinions on them are like...well, you get the idea.

Yes, if you want the car to really rotate when you trail brake or left-foot brake. :)

I have the bias plugs on my SHO. Todd made them for me when I bought his arms. Great product by the way...you wouldn't make more? I want to keep the stock vented rotors for now in the rear. I have the 12.5" Baers and I did some field test and the ABS kicks in on dry pavement close to the limit of the front brake which I assumed would be the best balance. My feeling for now is that going with the larger rear rotors might upset the balance.

Great tool Todd!

As far as the plugs... I elected to keep the stock bias on my SHO and I've got 13" up front with light track pads and 11.6" in the rear with street pads. I've been happy on both street and track with it like this.

Currently the program does not take into effect pressure drops or use of proportioning valves. I'm working on that.

Fitting plugs does not change the static bias of the SHO, it effects the dynamic bias- meaning it does not allow for a pressure reduction to the rear. The greater the weight shif to the front the less value the plugs have.

There'll be a weight program up there soon too. Some of you guys know this stuff and have such programs I'm sure. Others have no clue so I thought I'd put them in one place for use.

Of course it has nothing to do with marketing....
