Body work; replacing mirrors and door handle

Hey all,
I bought a 90 SHO that needs some work. Well body wise the driver's side power mirror is broken and duct-taped on. The seller had a unit he got from a salvage yard, just a different color. Now I'll paint it red but how do I take out the broken mirror and then install this one from a junked car?
As well, the rear door on the driver's side has a broken outside handle, could I replace that with a handle from a yard or do I need a whole door? If so, what is involved?

Have you been able to locate a rear door handle yet. Mine just broke tonight on an 89 SHO. I could not locate one on EBay. Just wondering if you have been able to locate one (where and how much). Thanks,

The door handle should be common to any other similarly finished Taurus of similar vintage. Try a local self service junkyard. Around here, they're all stuffed with Gen I & II bulls.
