for my suspension questions. how do i know exactly what size the sway bars are? i found a 1st gen sho parts car and the guy said he'd pull them and sell them to me for $50. are all of the 1st gens the 24/26 setup? what's the most common? i mean, what will these most likely be? also, what's the best way to take out my old ones and install these?

as for my body questions. i'm in the middle of repairing my front sho bumper. it has a 4 inch wide split/crack on the front of it. it's easily repairable if i really knew how to do it. does anybody know the best way to repair it? also, will fiberglass stick to the urethane? is that the best way to go about the repair? i dont know, i'm not a body man, i'd like to be, but ya know haha. anyways, if i could get answers, i'd really appreciate it. thanks a lot everybody

All Gen 1s were 24/26 from the factory; unless you've got a Quaife (and maybe even if you do) 22/26 is a better setup.

The rear ought to be self-explanatory if you look under the car. Swapping the front bar means dropping the rear of the subframe a few inches. Loosen the front bolts about 3/8in, then put a jack on the rear crossmember, remove the rear bolts, lower the jack a couple inches. Not too much, or you'll bend/break stuff.
