Blue SHO Spotted 495 exit 17 (MD 202)

Spotted a blue Gen II last week, looked like it was rear ended (slight damage) on 495 N. Have seen this SHO before with DC tags and usually rides up MD 201 I'm guessing for work.

Belong to anyone here??
