I have a 93 sho with an A/C problem. I live in houston and summer is here so haveing an A/C is a must. I recently took my car to a dealer and he told me that I had a leaking discharge hose [mounted on high side]. He said that inside the hose there is a pressure relief valve, my problem is that the dealer said he could not replace the hose and pressure relief valve because ford no longer made the part and he could not locate one factory or aftermarket. He said there is nothing ford could do but recomended that i try and have someone fabricate me a new hose. I dont know where to go with this problem. If this has happened to you or you have any ideas they are more then welcome.
Thanks for reading,

Phoey!

The discharge hose is available from almost any parts store. Partsvoice lists plenty of them (MOtorcraft YF-2021) in the Dealer's network. It is also available from Factory Air from several parts stores.
