I have been having some drivability issues and a slightly (not really that slight) rich condition lately. So I was finally able to track down a new air filter and rotated the MAF ~30*. Huge difference! No more hick-up after idle, shifting is smoother and power feels quite a bit more linear, and mileage is better. Best mod I've done in a while.

Yes it is now straight up. Previously I had it tilted towards the engine a little. Mind you it is a Pro-M 77mm MAF with a cone filter and heat shield blocking it off to the hot engine air. The sampler tube of it is on top so I guess the orientation of it would matter.
