Hello, SHO Forum. I have a 1995 SHO 3.2L SHO and the battery light likes to show itself off. I've replaced the battery, then the alternator and now finally the battery cables. The darned thing is still on. One of the employees at Auto Zone told me it was probably the fusible link, hence the battery cables being replaced. Now, I'm being told by a Ford dealership and a different Auto Zone employee that it's a diode in the alternator sticking.

So I come to you guys for help, because I know nothing about how the electrical systems work.

Could be the new/reman alternator you installed.
Those things are a crap shoot, you might get a good one or you might not.
My advice is to test the output of the alt and report back.
