Bad tranny mount?

my engine barely moves when i rev it in neutral, but under load it rocks alot and i can feel it on the shifter. is this a tranny mount or might it be engine? thanks

i just did the test on shotimes and the tranny side of the engine seems to be rising more, is there a visual inspection i can do or if i take it to a shop can they tell which one? tthanks

Thorn out rubber on the mounts

or

look for the Subframe bolts-bushing
