Back of sun roof control

Can anyone show me a picture of the back of the sun roof control plate?

The damn controls are very tempermental.. and only when I slight push on the button does it actually work, so I'm hoping I can mess around with the wires to get them to start working right.. I just need to know how to get the plate off first.

It just pops out of the roof.
