Spark plugs didn't do it but it now sounds like a spark/timing issue cause it's coughing, spitting and an occational backfire. I got my wife's permission to use her vehicle to pull it up. So I will be there! I'm not sure how to attach a photo since it's asking for a url. I'll look around a bit and see if my limited mind can figure it out. See ya Sunday

Would love to come out guys.

But I've been run ragged this week, and all the other weeks, by work. So I really just need to put my head down.

Hopefully the next one.

Well,

We had a great GTG. Dan, a new SHO ATX owner replaced his spark plugs, well seals and valve cover seals. Also did the throtle body and Idle speed control coolant bypass modification and the PCV re-route mod.

Jeff from Tucson brought up his 3.0 powered buggy and we found it had jumped timing when it backfired on him because 1) his timing belt tensioner was loose, and 2) his plug wires were way out of order. James (Diesel, with the big beige 4 seater buggy above)) had it up and running in no time.

Nick brought his godawfully loud 90 with its new racing, true dual exhaust system out and he proceded to build a new one. Nick tacked it together and with some help from Diesel got a single muffler from an 06 Mustang GT to work. Actually sounds pretty good if you ask me.

SHOSpazz came in from the left coast to pick up SHOAZ's clean 95 MTX so that leaves a hole in Eric's garage that he going to fill with the Pumpkin. The new owner of my 95 ATX came by to say hi.

GoofSHO came by after the game and hung out so his girls could get some golf cart driving time in.

Good time had by all.

Tom

Sounds like you all had fun!

Glad to see that buggy fixed up right. Good jeeoorrbbb.

So far Nick has had like 6 different exhaust setups: Stock, Catless Y to stock, Catless Y to flows, Catless Y to resonator to flows, Catless Y to resonator to Bullets, Catless Resonatorless true dual to side exiting bullets, now catted Y to 06 GT. JEEEEZZZ :nut: I say leave it catted, rosonated, bulleted. :) Havne't heard the latest though.

Tom, I found out you sold your atx from someone I never met before. He's interested in my car. Who knew? PM sent btw

That reminds me, where does one find a catless Y pipe. The only info I found was ShoShop.

Sorry I missed it, sounded like fun. Had 16 hours of VERY EASY O.T thrown my way. Where else can you get paid $20 an hour to play solitare on a leather couch and basketball at midnight watching the front door to see who comes in.

Sounds like you guys had a good time. All these SHO's being sold makes me sad. I'm not getting rid of mine anytime soone. I'll probably be buried in it... And it'll probably be the reason I'm being buried. :)

Take it to Germany :salute: I would love to see the look on peoples faces as they get passed by a Taurus doing 140 on the Autobahn

I wonder if you could get some track time on the Nürnberg:hail:

The SHO would be one of the slower cars on the Autobahn.... At least in NA form.

Sitting on a leather couch, and playing basketball watching for who comes in...do you work at Warzone gaming? ha ha

When I was younger I used to hang out there, and on the overnight tournements we would sit on the leather couch and do nothing but play video games, and at night we would go outside a play basketball :p
