After getting my intake manifold off and found my egr and iab gaskets are bad. could this be some of the problems I was having. both look good and can be reused. but the gaskets can't. I searched for part numbers.:woohoo::thankyou:

I doubt Auto Zone would have those gaskets by themselves. The IAB/IAC gaskets come in the intake manifold kit.(MS94831) I dont know about the EGR gasket from auto zone because the numbers are the same between the mtx and atx. SHOnutperformance.com has the EGR-manifold gasket listed @ $2.67, but doesnt have the IAB/IAC gasket.

Look at Advance Auto Parts, instead.

You can look up the FelPro numbers at Federal Mogul's site, then look at the individual chain's site to see about ordering it.

Also, check rockauto.

Definitely shop between AutoZone and Advance Auto, as the latter's prices in a few cases are significantly lower and AZ will usually price-match. For example, the Fel-Pro throttle body gasket is $9.99 at AZ and $3.59 at AA, for the IAB $1.99 at AZ and $0.88 at AA.

OEM - there are actually two different gaskets for the IAB, both of which are obsolete and unobtainable from the dealer. One gasket is a simple paper-type gasket, the other is a steel-center, thin-coated gasket.
