AUTOCROSS – SUNDAY
Hosted by the Cumberland Valley Corvette Club
The Cumberland Valley Corvette Club will host autocross on Sunday at 10am. Each participant will get four runs against the clock. Instructors will be available to help you explore new levels of performance for you and your car. Registration is required at the tent, next to the track. The charge for each entry is $20. Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a current driver’s license. For questions, contact [email protected]

I don't expect to do well regardless, My tires are such a Limiting factor on my car. I found their limit VERY fast at the last Auto-X.

WOW! That is far too generous of an offer!! I am honored! It makes me so happy to see that Sam is enjoying "my" car as much as I did. Mike & I busted our butts to make that car perform as best as possible (considering available funding). To know that it's running so well gives me great pleasure. I hope I get to see you and the car at Carlisle.
I might know where there are some Avon track tires available if you want them. ;-)

Like I said, It's your car - I just have the title. You built it. The only thing I've done to it is Add Nitrous
naughty, Put the Seat Pad from the Corbeau on to the Ultrasheild and change the clutch. It's still the same, It's still kicking and it's begging for another Auto-X Event. -Sam

The straights? The straightaways in Auto-Cross are maybe 100 feet in length at the most. The speeds are generally low enough that you would probably have a hard time getting traction my friend. Top speeds generally are not much higher then 50-60 MPH my friend.
