I have started the removal part of the timing belt procedure but am stuck on whether I have the pulleys lined up to TDC. I have the dots on the cam pulleys lined up with the marks on the rear timing cover and the second mark (seems to be white but so does the first mark??) on the crank dampener pulley lines up with the zero mark on the lower timing cover. Is this the correct orientation? Also, if that is...how can I get the crank bolt loose without messing with the orientation and without air tools? Another question...since I am only replacing the timing belt tensioner do have to remove the old timing belt and line the marks up on the belt with the marks on the pulleys? Any input/suggestions will be helpful! The Autozone procedure that I am using is helpful but doesn't give me the information that I am needing because I am only replacing the tensioner.
