ATX T-belt tensioner?

Does anyone know if these things can be rebuilt? I don't have my snap ring pliers on me to see if this thing comes out. So if anyone knows anything about this, it'd be great.

If they can't get rebuilt, what company would be a good one to see if they can get something going? I don't know about yall, but I want to see the aftermarket fill this spot in.....to many ATX's out there that will need this down the road. Mine is crap at 140K!

I just purchased a new one from ford dealer.

I called one in Houston and they wanted $145.10. The locator showed 3 left, but I just bought a new one from Fred.

I'm still going to see what can be done though!
