ATX right axle play

Under the car spraying things down w engine degreaser chasing a fluid leak. Look at where the axle goes into the trans, its pretty wet there, so I decide to grab the axle and see if there is play. Sure enough, probable 1/8th or so of movement. More than I believe should be. And Im sure its the source of the leak. Whats the bad news?
