Go to www.shotimes.com and look for the write up on, my 4th gear went out...or somethin' like that. It should help you or somethin' as it can be disconnected or somthin'. Or somethin'. :D

well, its very common for the wires connected to the button to break off. and its also very easy to fix. there should be a number of posts on this if you do a quick search. let us know how it goes!

You can still read the codes, you'll just get one for the O/D cancel switch which you will need to ignore until you fix the wiring as suggested.
