Met up with 4 different SHO people over a course of 1200 miles.
Met up with Sho Amo (Andrew) and Whiteguy_3 (Scott) at Scott''s place and picked up some parts from Andrew, a gen 3 subframe and these:
Met Scott's parents, very nice people also. Stood around and talked SHO stuff for a while with Andrew and Scott. Got to see the pink ATX trans in Scott's car. Nice SHO! In trying to pack everything into my red 94, we decided to mount the new wheels and Andrew took the time to do that for me. Pretty cool guys, assets to this community. Top notch!
Then off to meet up with the previous owner of my red 94, e_clouser. He and his family were very hospitable to me. Hung out with him, his wife and 2 boys. He put me up in his guest bedroom, we had pizza and wings ordered in, nice relaxing visit. It was good seeing an old friend again
Helped me to put the slicers back on my car, (new moda's had a vibration at 65+ mph). Another great person in the community. Looking forward to visiting again during Carlisle.
Drove on to Pittsburgh and met SV&HoDan again at his house (of SHO Parts). Picked up some parts for friends of mine, and even got a goodie for me. Dan was very hospitable for the visit we had. Was nice seeing Dan again.
Another great visit with SHO owners. I will say what has been said multiple times over, its not the car, but the people. While it was a great trip, it was even better to finally be home safely and no issues after all those miles.
