Kirk Doucette (not here on the Forum seems to be familiar with it, as he lives in Spencer. I asked him him about it on Facebook. He gave a short cryptic answer, that apparently the car has been sitting for awhile, and it sounded like Kirk sold it to him at some point. If you know Kirk, ask him about it.

Yeah, appears to be. No bright trim around the windows. And no spoiler, but that's not always an indicator after 27 years.
