Hey ya'll I am moving down there around the January 1st and I was just wondering if any of you were in the tampa area and I was wondering what is there is to do down there, and what you guys do for meets and how all that works so let me know thank you!

You know, I was just thinking about the pulsar today and was going to find pics of it on here. If you get a sec and know the link or have pics PM them to me please.

Oh yeah, there are a couple guys in the Tampa area but don't get on here too often. The regular meets kinda fizzled out with the exception of a few of us over here on the east coast that still get together every-so-often.

Im from Dade City, 30 min just north of Tampa. Come January 2nd I move down to Dale Mabry to live at campus. It looks like the majority of the club lives in way north, way south, or on the East coast of Florida. There are a few other SHOers from Tampa that dont frequent the website or forums. Currently, I've spotted 3 gen 3s's(including mine), 6 gen 2's, and one mint red '89 in the greater Tampa-Dade City-Zephyrhills area.I know a few junk yards for parts if you need them. Welcome to Florida and the love-hate-tolerhate relationship (we all dwell in) known as the one and only...SHO.

80 degrees or hotter, everyday of the year, except for like 5, and 8/10's of the year its 85-90 everyday... 80 degrees is our average winter temp

slight breeze, partly cloudy

every few years we get a hurricane or tropical storm, big whoop lol

this state sucks, i think what he meant by no weather is no seasonal changes/snow

ill agree,summer time does suck.
but the rest of the year is simply amazing.
Hurricanes are just an excuse to get a few days off work and party your ass off.

wow i completly forget i even posted up in here. i havent had time to do shit between workin and my 16month year old daughter keepin me occupied. in bout 6 weeks i will be startin the academy and after i graduate at the end of the year im thinkin bout pickin up another sho....or after the specv is paid off i am sorta thinkin bout the 2010 one
