anyone elses SHO rpms dip before ur sho warms up?

when i first start my car, and the rpms are at like 1600 and slowly coming down, and even when it settles at like 1000, if i tap the gas, the rpms drop about 200rpms then pick back up like its a dead spot, but after the car is warmed, it doesnt do the dip, is this normal?

You might not want to touch the gas until its warmed up ,and idleing at 800.
