Any difference between '92 & '93 Sound System?

I had a '92 SHO before my '93 and they both have the JBL sound system but the '92 sounded much better and had more bass to it. Is there any differences?

Are you missing the subwoofer in the trunk ?? There is no difference between years as I know of.

If not the last owner could of replaced the speakers with a different brand. I would check in the trunk first to see if the speakers say JBL on the bottom of them. Also check to see if the amps them selves say JBL. Hope this helps !!!

Everything appears to be there and stock from what I can see. I'm clueless. Thanks for the idea though.

They should be the same, no changes were made in audio for the 92-95.

It's odd though, my 92 with just premium sound will get louder than my 93 with JBL. Both are completely stock.
