Yes there was some in the overflow reservoir but quite low...Awfully coincidental that you just had coolant system flushed and this morning you see a puddle. Possibly residual from when they drained system and coolant got on the underside cover and it found its way out. Make sure drain plug is snug. Or possibly when they filled reservoir they spilled some. What is the level in reservoir ? Is it now low?
How many miles are in it presently? If under 60, factory warranty should follow the car.I didn’t purchase from Ford...I didn’t have an issue until I put Ford’s gold fluid in. That is when it started....
I know the full bumper to bumper is 3/36k Not sure if the powertrain continues on after that or not. I think you can VIN check your warranty status here

If powertrain is still good the waterpump should be covered.
